Orders

How do I track my order?
You can track your order by going to the Track Order page and entering your order number or tracking code.
Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, please contact customer support.
What are the delivery options?
We offer Standard Delivery (3-5 days), Express Delivery (1-2 days), and Store Pickup.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo), Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash on Delivery.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels. We never store your card details.
When will I be charged?
Your payment is processed immediately upon order confirmation.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
Items can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging.
How do I request a return?
Go to your Account > Orders, select the order, and click "Request Return".
How long do refunds take?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.

How do I create an account?
Click Sign In and then Create Account. Fill in your details and you're ready to shop.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click "Forgot Password" on the sign in page and follow the instructions sent to your email.
How do I update my account information?
Go to Account > Profile to update your personal information.
